    iDEAL BAS 050-11

Bandsaw Blade Flash Butt Welding Machine • 2021 • ID: 35726

Handles bi-metal, carbide, wood, and stainless steel blades up to 50 mm wide, with a 6-stage welding current adjustment covering a wide range of blade dimensions and materials. Hydraulic clamping on both sides — operated by foot switches — keeps both hands free for blade positioning and ensures consistent electrode contact at up to 10 kN clamping force. Equipped with the GTR pyrometer option: annealing temperature is set by recipe and monitored contactlessly, ending the cycle automatically for repeatable, operator-independent weld quality. Machine is from 2021, in very good condition, water-cooled, and ready for immediate production use.

    Strip steel X5CrNi18-10max. cross-section 40 mm²
Pyrometer / GTR option: Integrated pyrometer (GTR) enables contactless temperature measurement during the annealing process. Target temperature is stored in the recipe and displayed on the touch panel — the annealing cycle ends automatically when the set temperature is reached, eliminating operator-dependent variables and ensuring repeatable weld quality.
Hydraulic clamping (BAS 050-11 specific): Both clamping jaws are operated hydraulically via foot switches, freeing both hands for blade positioning. The automatic sequence moves the machine to the annealing position after welding without manual intervention.
Included: Machine, operating tools, operating instructions.
